What happens when you delete your account
- Your activity logs, photos, voice memos, AI worksheets, and PDF reports will be permanently deleted.
- Your account will be soft-deleted immediately and permanently erased after a 30-day grace period. Sign back in within that window to reverse the deletion.
- If you have an active subscription, it will be cancelled immediately. No refund is issued for the unused portion of the current billing period.
- If you are the owner of a multi-parent family, ownership transfers to your first co-parent before deletion — they keep access to the family's records.
- If you are a co-parent (not the owner), only your access to the family is removed. The family and its records continue to exist.
